Refund policy

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.  Unique Luxury carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. If product is damage , We will replace  or refund products damaged during shipment if photo proof of damage. You also have the option of exchanging your product for another candle of the same size and price within 10 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return and shipping of exchanged.

 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the picture receipt or proof of purchase.

Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than you) can be exchanged or returned for a store credit, ONLY IF IT IS IN A RESALABLE CONDITION AND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF WHEN THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS PLACED. 

We do not accept returns on sale items. All sales on sale items are final 

Please contact us at hello@uuniqueluxury.com within 10 days of receiving your order if there is a discrepancy with your shipment. Orders received after 10 days will not be considered.
